The problem
Monthly and ad-hoc reports were written by hand from the same spreadsheets and dashboards every time. Analysts spent their time formatting and paraphrasing numbers instead of interpreting them, and the wording drifted from report to report.
What we built
We built a multi-step agent pipeline: data validation first, then section-by-section drafting with the numbers injected from the source tables rather than generated, then a review step that checks every figure in the text against the data. Output lands in the client’s templates as Word, PDF and HTML.
What changed
Reports that took an afternoon now come out of the pipeline in minutes, with every number traceable to its source table. Analysts review and adjust instead of writing from scratch, and the tone is consistent across the whole series.
